Walk-to lifestyle is a reality at Luce at Lowry Town Center

Lots of builders talk about 'new urban' living, where shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. One project of luxury styled flats in master-planned Lowry already has that kind of lifestyle, one that visitors can tour today. Luce...pronounced 'loo-chay'...is right behind Lowry Town Center, such a short walk that Luce residents can walk in and grocery shop at Albertson's market within two minutes of leaving their homes.

Luce @ Lowry walking tour
Only a minute beyond are all of the shops and dining attractions at Lowry Town Center, in addition to a 24-Hour Fitness, two pubs, breakfast spots and coffee bars, all within three blocks. Best yet, Luce's large, lavishly appointed flats, all with parking included, have been re-priced well below their initial price schedule, with some homes 25% lower than originally listed...from the mid-$400s.

Cate Dobson and Rhonda Knop, who represent Luce at Lowry Town Center on behalf of Distinctive Properties, Ltd., add that the walkability of the lifestyle is an add-on to the value in size and features that Luce provides. "These are square footages you can't find in new condominiums between downtown and Lowry," adds Knop, "not in Cheesman Park or other premium buildings, particularly ones where you only have three neighbors on your floor."

As an example, visitors to Luce tour Plan 4, re-priced from $637,000 to $473,000...over 1,800 feet, two bedrooms/baths plus study, with a grand fireplace, master with windows on two sides, and a covered terrace big enough for table seating, plumbed for a gas grill. It has a corner position that allows light from two directions, and comes with two parking spaces in the underground, elevator-served garage, plus additional storage area.

Residents don't need to use a car at all, if they're headed for dinner at The Tavern, or an ice cream at Fergie's, or for cocktails at the Soiled Dove or Salty Rita's. Meanwhile, Lowry's 800 acres of trails and parks are just a little further, one within three blocks, and 24-Hour Fitness is within a block.

Dobson and Knop add that a video is available on Luce’s website at LuceLowry.com, showing exactly how close the walk in from the community to Lowry's shops and dining. The model homes at Lowry are open Wednesday-Sun, noon-4:30 p.m. From Quebec take 2nd through Town Center to Roslyn, then right a block to First Pl., left to Rampart, and right.
